retailcloud review
Broad POS, inventory, and omnichannel coverage for growing multi-location retailers.

retailcloud is a cloud-based point-of-sale and commerce platform for retailers, hospitality operators, sports and entertainment venues, and festivals. Its scope extends from checkout, refunds, exchanges, payments, and gift cards to inventory, RFID tracking, replenishment, customer engagement, analytics, mobile ordering, and fulfillment. Fixed and mobile POS deployments, employee permissions, offline continuity, and reporting across sales, inventory, customers, and employees make it particularly relevant to growing retailers with deep operational needs.
Pricing is organized by operating scale. The Everyday plan costs $29 USD per POS per month and is positioned as the retail POS plan. Grow costs $99 USD per POS per month and is intended for multiple locations. Pro costs $149 USD per POS per month and targets multi-location businesses with many SKUs. Enterprise has custom pricing. The published monthly figures are charged per POS, so retailers should evaluate the number of deployments alongside the capabilities required at each location. There is no free plan.
The platform’s strongest fit is for businesses that need more than a basic checkout system. Inventory receiving, counts, adjustments, transfers, reorder alerts, purchase orders, RFID workflows, scheduled pricing, promotions, BOGO offers, and price books support detailed retail operations. Multi-location and multi-venue controls extend to inventory, menus, procurement, and reporting, while integrations include Stripe, Adyen, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, and QuickBooks Online. Web, Android, iOS, and API access support varied deployments, and offline transaction and inventory continuity can preserve operations during connectivity interruptions. Retailers wanting broad operational coverage should consider retailcloud; smaller businesses seeking a free or simpler POS may prefer a narrower option.
