It is designed for restaurants and other venues that want reservation operations and guest information in one hospitality platform. Diners can book through Resy’s website and app, restaurant websites, and supported channels such as Google. The feature set makes it a fit for high-budget venues that also want event and guest-insight capabilities.
According to the published plans, Platform costs $289 per month and includes reservation and table management with POS integrations. Essential also costs $289 per month and adds advanced customization and event ticketing, with a 3% fee on prepayments. Platform 360 costs $459 per month and adds advanced analytics and automated guest insights to the Platform features. Premium costs $459 per month, includes Essential features, lower prepayment fees, POS integrations, premium support, and a 2% fee on prepayments. All listed prices are monthly, and there is no free plan.
