A focused web resume builder with free previews and a $19 one-time download option.

ResumeHQ is a web-based resume builder for job seekers who want AI-generated content and a guided way to shape a resume around a target role. It can draft summaries, skills, and achievement bullets, then lets users edit the result live and adjust templates, colors, fonts, spacing, and layout. ATS scoring and resume guidance add feedback beyond the writing step. Its focus is practical resume creation rather than a broad job-search toolkit, making it a fit for solo applicants and small-scale use.
The pricing gives buyers a choice between trying the editor and paying for a defined output window or ongoing access. Free allows resume creation and preview across 12 templates, but the PDF carries a watermark. The One-Time plan costs $19 once and adds clean PDF and DOCX downloads, ATS score and tips, no watermark, a 30-day editing window, and a cover letter add-on. Pro costs $7 per month, billed monthly, and includes unlimited resumes and cover letters, a hosted web resume, job-description matching, and priority AI generation. The one-time option suits applicants who want downloadable files without a recurring plan; Pro is oriented toward continued resume work.
ResumeHQ's strongest fit is for applicants who value guided content generation, ATS feedback, and straightforward document export. Job-description keyword matching is listed for Pro, so applicants who need that function should account for the monthly plan rather than assume it comes with the one-time purchase. The hosted web resume is also Pro-only. The 30-day editing window makes the one-time plan less suitable for people who expect to revisit a resume over a longer period, while the free plan is better treated as a way to draft and preview than as a final-download option. Choose another tool if your priority is a broader set of job-search capabilities rather than resume creation and export.
