ResumeForge is a web-based resume and CV builder for job seekers who want ATS-oriented layouts and help adapting application materials to a role. Its templates use standard fonts and machine-readable layouts, and the product combines resume editing with job-description keyword guidance, cover-letter creation, and a real-time preview. A free plan makes it possible to create and download resumes without starting on a paid tier.
The Free Forever plan includes unlimited resumes, standard templates, PDF downloads, and real-time preview. CV Plus adds PDF CV import, premium templates, AI rewriting and suggestions, PDF and Word export, and priority support. The vendor describes CV Plus as free for a limited time while also displaying a monthly price; for a buyer comparing ongoing costs, that offer language is worth checking before choosing the plan. The plan distinction matters most if Word export, importing an existing CV, or AI editing is essential, since those features are listed under CV Plus rather than Free Forever.
Its strongest fit is an individual applicant who wants to maintain multiple resumes, tailor summaries and bullet points, and use keyword suggestions while keeping the final document machine-readable. PDF import can reduce re-entry when an existing CV is already available, and the preview helps review changes as they are made. ResumeForge is less suitable for someone seeking a desktop application or a builder whose core value is a stated guarantee of ATS performance: the product describes ATS-oriented formatting and match-score guidance, not guaranteed outcomes. Choose it for practical online editing and export options; look elsewhere if web-only access or the split between free and paid features does not fit your workflow.
