RestoStack is a paid restaurant analytics platform for operators managing one or multiple locations, especially businesses that depend on delivery channels. Its RestoLens AI product brings together POS, delivery, and inventory data through a real-time operational KPI dashboard. The platform covers delivery-channel comparisons, AI demand forecasting, inventory sync, reorder points, waste tracking, variance analysis, purchase orders, menu synchronization audits, financial reconciliation, commission-leakage detection, shift-by-shift labor reporting, and multi-location performance rollups. It supports web, iOS, and Android, with connections including DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub, Toast POS, Square, Olo, and Clover.
The plans separate analytics from customer communication and marketing functions. RestoLens AI costs $199 per location per month and includes a live P&L dashboard, 12+ integrations, AI demand forecasting, revenue by channel, and inventory sync and alerts. RestoVoice AI costs $149 per location per month and adds 24/7 AI call answering, unlimited inbound calls, order and reservation handling, multilingual support, and call transcripts and recordings. RestoSocial AI costs $249 per location per month, with daily AI content, social platforms and CRM, an influencer marketplace, email and SMS campaigns, and review auto-responses. The Full Stack Bundle costs $399 per location per month and combines RestoLens AI, RestoVoice AI, RestoSocial AI, a unified dashboard, and a mobile app.
RestoStack’s main advantage is breadth within restaurant operations: channel revenue, inventory, food costs, purchasing, labor, and reconciliation are addressed in one platform. That makes it a strong fit for delivery-heavy operators that need to compare channels and identify operational leakage across locations. Its focus is less suitable for restaurants seeking a narrowly focused reporting tool or analytics centered primarily on dine-in customer behavior. Operators should choose RestoStack when delivery performance, forecasting, inventory control, and location rollups are central requirements; those wanting only basic analytics may find its broader product range unnecessary.
