Resinara brings HOA, condominium and townhome association operations into a shared cloud workspace. It is aimed at community teams that want resident records, payment collection, maintenance, communications and financial reporting alongside an online community portal. Its feature set also covers violation tracking and appeals, documents with role-based access and version history, work orders, facility reservations and event attendance. That breadth makes it a fit for small communities seeking a resident-facing portal as well as management tools, rather than a single-purpose dues or maintenance system.

According to the vendor’s published plans, Community costs $59 per community per month when billed annually. It includes owner and resident management, online payments and dues collection, maintenance requests, financial reporting, document storage, announcements and the community portal. Professional costs $149 per community per month, also billed annually, and adds priority support, custom branding, API access and guided onboarding. Portfolio includes Professional features plus a dedicated account manager, custom integrations, SLA guarantees, and personalized onboarding and training; its price is not stated here. The plan structure makes Community the entry point for core association workflows, while Professional is the relevant step up for API access and onboarding support.

The main tradeoff is platform and ecosystem scope: Resinara is web-based, and integrations are positioned at the Portfolio tier rather than described as a broad ecosystem. Email is the stated support channel, with priority support on Professional and SLA guarantees at Portfolio. Communities that want resident management, collections, compliance, maintenance and amenities in one portal may find the bundled scope useful. Those that require non-web access, integrations on the entry plan or pricing flexibility beyond annual billing should compare alternatives before choosing. The higher tiers make more sense when branding, guided assistance or portfolio-level account support matter to the association.

Resinara pros and cons

    • Combines resident records, dues, violations and maintenance tracking
    • Includes document controls, financial reporting and budget tools
    • Amenities, facility reservations and event tracking support resident services
  • Where it doesn't
    • Plans are billed annually, including the $59 Community tier
    • Web-only access may not suit teams needing other platforms
    • No integrations are listed for Community; API access starts at Professional
