ResiDia is cloud-based community management software for homeowners associations, condominium communities, boards, property managers, and residents. Its centralized web portal covers announcements, direct and group messaging, resident directories, community events, polls, voting, documents, and vendor information. The product works across phones, tablets, and desktops, while residents can install it as a progressive web app without using an app store. Pricing is based on residential units rather than users, with plans for communities from 25 units through enterprise-sized associations.
The published paid plans range from Starter at $49 per month for boutique condos and small HOAs to Growth at $99 for growing communities, Professional at $199 for mid-size buildings with active boards, Business at $349 for advanced community management, and Enterprise Lite at $599 for high-capacity hosting and support. Enterprise is a customized solution. This structure gives smaller associations a clear starting point while extending to larger communities through additional tiers. ResiDia’s feature set supports routine governance: announcements can include categories, acknowledgments, comments, and targeting; messaging can be building-wide or wing-based; and calendars include RSVPs, reminders, and event notices.
Its strongest focus is resident communication and board governance rather than a complete property operations suite. The searchable directory includes opt-in photos, unit numbers, and privacy controls, while the secure document library can organize bylaws, budgets, and meeting minutes. Feedback polls and formal board voting add decision-making tools, and the vendor directory supports community information management. Communities that need online payments, amenity booking, package tracking, or service requests should choose a product built around those workflows instead. ResiDia suits associations prioritizing communication, participation, records, and vendor information through a web-based portal.
