A web-based HOA platform covering resident communication, payments, records, and community operations.

Residente is a web-based platform for condominiums and homeowners associations that want to manage community operations without a management-company intermediary. It brings residents and boards into one system for balances, budgets, dues information, board decisions, meeting minutes, voting, documents, maintenance requests, complaints, violations, amenity bookings, events, and owner rosters. Interfaces are available in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, while payments support both cards and ACH.
Its broadest strength is the combination of resident-facing access and board administration. The resident portal provides visibility into balances, budgets, decisions, and dues information, while live budget rings and budget editing support ongoing financial communication. A searchable document vault keeps official records accessible, and features such as violation appeals, maintenance requests, community calendars, and amenity booking extend the platform beyond payment collection. Stripe supports payment processing, and CSV import can help boards bring in owner roster information.
The accounting option is the key area for boards that need more than operational tools. The add-on includes a general ledger, Plaid bank feeds, and bank reconciliation, giving Residente a clearer fit for communities handling their own financial administration. The published plan structure includes Cottage, Village, Town, and City, each described as including the entire Residente platform, alongside the separate accounting and bank reconciliation option. New communities receive their first month free and do not need a card to start. Boards seeking a web-based system with a wide set of essential HOA functions should consider Residente; communities requiring established API, webhook, or SSO/SAML capabilities should look elsewhere until those features are available.
