ResDiary is a cloud-based reservation and table management platform for restaurants, hotels, bars, cafés, pubs, clubs, and restaurant groups. It supports online bookings through websites, social networks, Google, and booking partners, with a customisable booking widget for connecting reservations to a venue’s digital presence. The platform is available on the web, iOS, and Android, with an API for broader system connections. Restaurants seeking a mature booking operation, rather than a general-purpose restaurant management suite, are the clearest fit.

Its reservation depth is the main strength. Table rules can be configured by time slot, covers, and area, while waitlist and standby management help handle demand beyond the initial inventory. Deposits, prepayments, and card details support booking controls, and reminders and customer notifications address routine guest communication. Promotions, events, gift vouchers, reporting, and analytics extend the platform beyond basic calendar management. AI features add guest personalisation, no-show insights, and review summaries.

The published plans are ResDiary Connect, with up to 150 bookings per month and a single smaller venue package; ResDiary Express, with up to 500 bookings per month; and ResDiary Pro, with unlimited bookings per month. ResDiary is a paid product with no free plan. Its ecosystem includes EPOS/POS, PMS, CRM, marketing, staff management, Guest WiFi, Stripe, Google, Facebook, Instagram, and DesignMyNight integrations. Restaurants should choose ResDiary when reservations, table controls, guest engagement, and booking-related integrations are priorities. Teams primarily seeking menu management or native staff scheduling should consider a product with broader operational coverage.
