ReputeLift is a web-based review-management tool for solo operators and small teams running a single-location local business. It supports Google Business Profile across all plans and adds Facebook/Meta review links on Pro. Core workflows include branded review requests by SMS and email, Google review links and QR codes, a unified inbox, and dashboards covering ratings, review velocity, and response rates. The service runs in the cloud and is available through the web.
Pricing starts with Starter at $99 per month, including a Google review link and QR code, review inbox, SMS and email requests, and a basic dashboard. Pro costs $199 per month and adds Google and Facebook review links, AI-drafted replies, advanced analytics, a weekly digest email, and priority support. AI Visibility also costs $199 per month and focuses on a visibility scorecard across four AI answer engines, tracking up to 20 buyer-intent questions, competitor citation tracking, and an evidence-backed action plan. A 14-day free trial is available. Integrations include Google Business Profile, Facebook/Meta, Twilio, Brevo, Stripe, Anthropic, OpenAI, Perplexity, Google Gemini, and SerpAPI.
The main trade-off is operational depth. ReputeLift lets users manually add reviews to the inbox, while AI-drafted replies are edited and copied to Google or Facebook by the user. Automatic review synchronization and reply posting are not currently available, and the product is centered on two review sources rather than broad channel coverage. That makes it a practical fit for a small, single-location team focused on requesting Google and Facebook reviews without a complex setup. Businesses needing multi-location management, broader source coverage, or automated publishing should consider a different category fit.
