REPM is a cloud-based property management analytics platform for property managers, asset managers, developers and related real-estate teams. It connects properties, units, leases, tenants, maintenance, financial metrics and business plans in shared records. Portfolio roll-ups cover NOI, cap rate, IRR and DSCR, while dashboards track occupancy, ADR and RevPAR. The platform also includes owner statements, inquiry tracking, leasing and sales workflows, ESG data, capital planning and development cost history, making it suitable for teams that need operational reporting across a portfolio rather than a single-purpose maintenance tool.

Pricing starts with Lite at €29 per month or €290 per year, with contacts, properties, units, leases, tenants, maintenance, simple projects, inquiries, a portfolio map and CSV or Excel import. A 30-day trial is available without a card. Standard costs €169 per month on monthly billing or €149 per month when billed annually, adding Microsoft Dataverse deployment, vendor maintenance workflows, owner spend approvals, service-charge reconciliation, management agreements, owner statements and granular security roles. Pro costs €549 monthly or €499 per month on annual billing, adding DIN 276 cost variances, listing syndication, corporate real-estate occupancy cost, ESG and CRREM, tenant-representation tools and priority support. Enterprise adds assisted migration, custom connectors, portals, interfaces, multiple environments and dedicated support with an SLA.

REPM runs on web and API deployment in the cloud, with integrations for ImmobilienScout24, SRQ Rentals, WordPress or an own website, and OpenImmo. Those connections fit portfolios that publish listings while maintaining leasing, maintenance and owner-reporting records centrally. The main trade-off is tier complexity: smaller teams can start with Lite, but Dataverse-based management controls and broader analytics sit in Standard and Pro, with possible additional Power Apps licensing. Choose REPM when portfolio-wide operational and financial reporting matters; consider a narrower tool if you only need basic maintenance or listing management.

REPM pros and cons

  • Where it wins
    • Portfolio roll-ups cover NOI, cap rate, IRR and DSCR
    • Owner statements, maintenance approvals and ESG data in one platform
    • Listing syndication connects ImmobilienScout24, SRQ Rentals and websites
  • Where it doesn't
    • Advanced controls require higher-priced Standard, Pro or Enterprise tiers
    • Standard and Pro may require additional Microsoft Power Apps licensing
    • Support is primarily email and ticket-based outside priority or dedicated plans
