Our verdict on Reply200
Reply200 is a cloud-based social media comment moderation and auto-reply tool for media buyers, content creators, influencers, agencies, and brands. It monitors comments across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, classifies comment intent, hides unwanted content, reacts to comments, and generates replies that match a page’s tone. A web dashboard brings connected pages, comment activity, filters, and moderation metrics together, while users can review, edit, or delete generated replies.
Pricing is structured around four paid plans. Start costs $29 per month, Boost costs $54 per month, and Pro costs $96 per month; each includes all platforms. Enterprise uses pay-as-you-go pricing at $6 per 1,000 comments, with no monthly limit and all platforms included. A seven-day trial is available, and yearly billing saves 20%. The published plan details do not distinguish Start, Boost, and Pro by feature, so buyers should compare those tiers directly with their expected comment volume and workflow needs.
Reply200’s strongest fit is teams managing several social channels from one web workspace. Its standout workflow combines AI intent classification with hiding, deletion, ignoring, reactions, replies, and reply generation informed by a page context library. Moderation and replying can be enabled separately, which helps teams automate comment handling without committing to automated responses everywhere. It is a practical choice for affordable multi-network moderation, especially when four-channel coverage matters. Teams needing Instagram Live coverage, keyword-based filtering, or a free plan should choose another tool.

Reply200 is an AI comment moderation and auto-reply tool for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube. Teams use it for social media comment management under organic posts, ads, videos and Facebook live streams. For each comment it picks one action: reply in the page's own voice, hide, react, or leave it alone.
On organic posts, creators and influencers use it so fans get a reply instead of silence, at a natural pace, and the algorithm keeps pushing the post. Under ads, media buyers and agencies use it as a sales agent: it answers buying questions about shipping, sizing, prices and discounts, and hides spam, scam links, competitor bait and hostile comments that cost clicks. A fair complaint gets an answer instead of being hidden.
Replies come from a Voice Replica learned from your captions, past replies and page info, plus a per-page context library of facts such as prices, shipping and returns. When it has no reliable answer, it stays silent instead of guessing. Replies follow the commenter's language.
Moderate and Engage are separate toggles per page and per Business Manager, so a page can run hide-only, reply-only or both. Per-page controls include a keyword blocklist, reply delay, banned phrases, category switches, goals for posts and ads, and spend caps.
Published average across Reply200 accounts in their first 30 days: +25% organic reach, +15% ad click-through rate. Plans start at $29/month for 3,000 processed comments, with a 7-day free trial.
