RentMaster organizes rental inventory, availability, customer records, quotes, orders, payments, agreements and reports for party, equipment, event, outdoor-recreation and family-entertainment businesses. Its desktop editions suit solo operators and small or mid-market businesses that prefer a one-time license and need rental workflows rather than a general-purpose booking tool. RentMaster Online adds a web reservation storefront where customers can check item availability and place orders.

According to the vendor’s pricing page, Standard Edition costs $1,695 for one PC or $3,695 for unlimited computer licenses, each as a one-time purchase. Both include a lifetime license and lifetime email/online support, with free updates until the next major version. Specialized editions cost more: ER starts at $2,295 for one PC and focuses on event and decor rentals; OR starts at $2,695 for one PC and covers outdoor recreation and walk-in rentals. Multi-user versions cost $4,495 and $5,295 respectively. A 30-day functional trial is available. Pricing is a substantial upfront commitment, so organizations seeking a recurring plan or a low-cost entry point may prefer another option.

The operational breadth is notable for rental work: inventory supports categories, serial or bulk quantities and sets, while availability can be checked by date or hour. Quotes can become orders with availability verification, and the system also handles customer histories, payment records, agreements and invoices. Integrations include QuickBooks, Outlook, Google Maps, Mailchimp, PayPal, shipping carriers and 90+ credit-card gateways. This makes RentMaster a fit for businesses coordinating inventory with accounting, payment and delivery workflows. Choose it if those rental-specific tools and desktop licensing match your operation; look elsewhere if a native mobile app or digital contract signing is essential.
