Rentium is a cloud-based, browser-accessible property management platform for landlords, property managers, tenants, owners, and managers. It brings rent collection, lease generation and storage, maintenance requests, tenant communication, property listings, security-deposit rule support, and portfolio dashboards into one system. Role-based views support managers, owners, and tenants, while tenants can pay rent and submit maintenance requests from a phone or computer without installing an app. The platform is positioned for U.S. landlords and managers and supports solo, small, mid-market, and enterprise organizations.

Pricing is a central strength. The Starter plan is free forever and includes full dashboard access, ACH and card rent collection, a tenant portal, maintenance tracking, and lease storage. The published plans show Growth rates of $1.25, $0.99, and $0.75 per unit per month, with pricing decreasing by unit-count tier. Growth adds vendor management, accounting and financials, advanced analytics, migration from AppFolio and Buildium, and priority support. Rentium also offers a 21-day free trial without requiring a card. Enterprise includes a dedicated account manager, guided onboarding and migration, volume pricing, and a priority support SLA.

For landlords managing payments and day-to-day requests, Rentium covers the main operating workflows without requiring a separate tenant app. Its maintenance tools support vendor assignment and status tracking, while dashboards include occupancy, rent collected, and owner financials. CSV migration is available from AppFolio, Buildium, Yardi, and Rentec, and Stripe is listed among its integrations. Support channels include email and documentation. The trade-off is platform access: Rentium is web-only rather than offering dedicated native mobile apps. Choose it for low per-unit pricing and broad core coverage; consider another option if native mobile applications are essential.
