Rental Beast is a rental-focused software platform for real estate agents, brokers, landlords, property managers, MLSs, and REALTOR® associations. It brings rental listing search, listing creation and editing, third-party syndication, rental market analysis, lead generation, client management, showing scheduling through ShowingTime, online applications, and tenant screening into one workflow. It is best suited to rental professionals managing listings and showings across multiple properties or markets.

The pricing structure combines free access with paid options that vary by participating MLS or association. Rental Beast Gateway / Lite includes MLS rental search, rental listing tools, and online rental applications and tenant screening in some MLS programs. Rental Beast Pro adds additional rental listings and leads, premium listing syndication, a custom rental website, and client management tools. Published Pro schedules include $89 per month, $189 per quarter, $699 per year, and $999 per 2 years. RBP for Southwest MLS is listed at $17.99 per month and includes rental search, rental-centric listing tools, rental listing syndication, online applications, and tenant screening.

Its strongest fit is a connected rental workflow rather than a narrow listing publisher. The software supports branded rental webpages, advanced search filters, comparative market analysis for rentals, lead filtering and qualification, activity alerts, and showing scheduling. Integrations include Buildium, Entrata, MRI, RealPage, Rentec, ShowMojo, Tenant Turner, Yardi, Propertyware, RentEngine, and ShowingTime. Choose Rental Beast if listing distribution, inquiry management, applications, screening, and property-management integrations matter in the same process. Consider another option if you need a non-web platform or fixed pricing independent of MLS or association participation.
