RenPro is cloud-based property management software for landlords and property managers handling rent collection, tenants, leases, maintenance, owners, and financial operations. Its feature set covers online ACH and card payments, autopay, billing, tenant and owner portals, maintenance requests, work orders, payouts, statements, reporting, applicant screening, accounting, and e-signatures. The service is suited to solo, small, and mid-market operators, with 20 included units and a 14-day free trial.

Pricing is organized across three tiers. Solo costs $79 per month or $790 per year and includes online rent collection, a tenant portal, maintenance tools, owner payouts and reporting, screening, accounting, and e-signatures. Pro costs $149 per month or $1,490 per year, adding automated rent reminders and late fees, late-rent follow-up, owner statements and payouts, portfolio questions answered from accounting data, and tenant texting. Portfolio costs $279 per month or $2,790 per year, adding priority support, a named support contact, higher AI and texting allowances, and an owner lead mailer. The published plans show monthly and annual billing, with no free plan.

RenPro’s main strength is breadth: one web platform connects payments, maintenance, accounting, reporting, communications, and owner operations. Its reporting includes P&L, T12, income, rent-roll, occupancy, and delinquency views, while tenant and lease ledgers support renewals and bulk messaging. The AI portfolio assistant is powered by Claude, and integrations include Stripe and Anthropic. Choose RenPro if you want a broad property management system with owner-facing workflows and financial tools. Consider an alternative if you require a native mobile platform or support beyond email.
