RemoteLock is a property access control platform for vacation rentals, multifamily properties, and commercial businesses. It brings door management, credentials, access schedules, visitor workflows, event logs, and integrations into one dashboard. Property teams can manage unit doors, common areas, elevators, gates, and other supported devices, while residents and guests can use mobile credentials or temporary access. It is particularly suited to rental and multifamily operators managing access across multiple properties or door types.
Pricing is segmented by property type and billed per door. Vacation Rental Premium costs $6 per door per month with annual billing or $7.50 with monthly billing, and includes automated credential management, PMS integrations, email notifications, logs, reporting, exports, and up to 150 guest codes with 90-day duration. Vacation Rental Enterprise is $12 annually or $15 monthly per door, adding common-area wired door management, checkout and turnover management, IoT device management, and unlimited active guest codes. Vacation Rental Enterprise+ adds multi-location management, door and user groups, all applications at no extra cost, a dedicated Guest App, and unlimited active guest codes; pricing is contact-sales. Multifamily Premium follows the $6 annual or $7.50 monthly per-door structure, while Multifamily Enterprise+ adds rent payments, one-year event history, multi-location management, and resident IoT management.
The platform fits teams that need property-management, booking, hardware, and IoT connections, with integrations including AppFolio, Yardi, Rent Manager, Schlage, Dormakaba, Airbnb, Guesty, and ecobee. Its REST API, OAuth support, and webhooks allow access workflows to connect with other systems. Visitor management includes a virtual intercom with QR-code entry, while schedules, exceptions, roles, door groups, reports, and exports support day-to-day administration. Choose RemoteLock if per-door pricing and operational integrations are priorities. Consider another option if your team requires a wider native platform footprint than web, Android, and API access or needs advanced capabilities without moving to higher tiers.
