ReloTalent is a cloud-based global mobility platform for relocation providers, corporate HR teams, immigration teams and relocating employees. It brings relocation case management, international assignment management, immigration tracking, documents, expenses, invoices, workflows and employee communications into one system. Employees and assignees can access tasks, files, destination guides and home-search activities through web and mobile experiences. The product is suited to teams coordinating cases across internal stakeholders, service providers and relocating employees.
Pricing is structured for different operating models. The Pay-per-Use plan includes assignments, relocations, workflow automation, document sharing, digital home search and an employee mobile experience. Basic subscription costs €299 per month and covers assignment and relocation management, automated workflows, file sharing, email integration and an assignee personal space. Advanced costs €1,599 per month with annual billing and adds multi-vendor service tracking, provider management, reporting, analytics and data extraction. Advanced Plus costs €2,999 per month with annual billing and adds whitelabel capability, a dedicated account manager, advanced reporting, onboarding, training and API integration. A 14-day trial provides an evaluation period, while the product remains paid rather than free.
The platform fits organisations that need broad operational coverage instead of a narrow relocation workflow. Its capabilities span expense, timelog and invoice management, employee self-service, destination-guide collaboration, reporting and data extraction. Integrations include Workday, SuccessFactor, ADP, BambooHR, ZohoHR and Mployee, while public APIs and webhooks support connections with internal and relocation systems. Smaller teams may find the €299 monthly entry point easier to assess, whereas organisations needing vendor management, advanced analytics or deeper integration will need a higher tier. Teams seeking AI features or a native mobile platform should consider alternatives with those priorities.

- Where it doesn't
- No permanent free plan is available
- Advanced and Advanced Plus require annual billing
- Access is centered on web and API channels rather than native mobile platforms
