REKO review
A strong F&B accounting suite for multi-outlet hospitality groups, priced per outlet.

REKO combines point of sale, kitchen operations, inventory, payroll, hotel rooms and double-entry accounting in one hospitality operating system. It is aimed at restaurants, cafés and hotels, particularly multi-brand and multi-outlet groups across ASEAN. The product connects tills, staff logins, offline mode, kitchen display, waiter ordering and hotel PMS folios with a shared ledger, so it fits operators that need outlet-level financial control alongside daily F&B operations.
Pricing is based on outlets rather than users. The published plans show $299 per outlet per month for 1–9 outlets, $279 for 10–24 outlets, and $259 for 25–49 outlets, billed monthly. Each listed tier includes POS, Accounting, Inventory, Payroll, Unlimited brands and Unlimited users. The 50+ outlets tier directs buyers to contact sales. Annual prepay is advertised as saving 17%. This structure favors groups that can spread the cost across multiple outlets, while smaller operators should weigh the monthly per-outlet price against the breadth of included functions.
REKO’s strongest area is the connection between F&B operations and accounting. Supplier-bill three-way matching, purchase orders, waste and shrinkage tracking, recipe costing, per-dish margin analysis, payroll, shifts, swaps and payslips extend beyond basic sales capture. Hotel PMS and folio support adds room and food-and-beverage reconciliation, while consolidated reporting covers brands, outlets and entities. The platform is available on web, iOS and Android, with PixelPoint listed as an integration. Choose REKO when outlet accounting, inventory and payroll need to work alongside hotel F&B operations; consider an alternative if you need a broader integration ecosystem or hotel-wide accounting centered on properties rather than outlets.
