RegChamp review
A focused web platform for running cheer and dance competitions from registration through results.

RegChamp is a cloud-based, web platform for cheer and dance competition producers, coaches, and participating teams. It brings participant and team registration, roster administration, waivers, invoice tracking, event scheduling, scoring, and results into one competition workflow. Coaches can manage team information and registrations, while event producers can oversee rosters, divisions, schedules, scores, awards, and communications. Its stated fit is small and mid-market organizations running competitive events rather than gyms centered on recurring classes.
Competition operations are the product’s central strength. Registration supports bulk roster uploads, automatic division selection, crossover tracking, online waivers, and invoice management. During events, organizers can schedule sessions, collect scores online, review video, record deductions, and tabulate results and awards automatically. Email or text messaging to coaches or parents adds a direct communication channel around event changes and outcomes. These capabilities make RegChamp suited to organizations that need a connected process from entry intake through published results.
RegChamp runs in the cloud through the web, with email and documentation identified as support channels. Its narrow competition focus is also the main boundary: the published scope does not extend to recurring class scheduling or tuition billing, and there are no mobile apps. Gyms seeking a system for everyday classes, recurring payments, and broader facility administration should choose a more general gym-management product. Competition producers that primarily need registration, event logistics, scoring, video review, results, and participant communication should find the feature set more closely aligned with their work.
