Reapit PM review
A mature property management suite for agencies that need trust accounting and compliance workflows.

Reapit PM is cloud-based property management software for Australian and New Zealand real estate agencies. Formerly Console Cloud, it combines residential, commercial, social housing, and mixed-use property workflows with trust accounting, rent collection, maintenance, inspections, communications, reporting, and mobile apps. It suits small, mid-market, and enterprise teams managing owner and tenant relationships alongside compliance-focused property operations.
The published plans are structured around portfolio complexity and operational scale. Accelerate includes residential trust accounting, automated workflows, an owner portal and tenant app, and key KPI reports. Premium adds residential and commercial trust accounting, business intelligence analytics, and predictive analytics while retaining the owner and tenant experiences. Enterprise includes everything in Premium plus custom integrations, an external API, single sign-on, and tailored training and support. Pricing is quote-based, with Accelerate and Premium using a minimum spend plus charges for additional properties, so buyers should assess expected portfolio growth before choosing a tier.
Reapit PM’s strongest fit is for agencies that want one system spanning financial controls and day-to-day property management. Trust accounting covers receipting, payments, disbursements, and reconciliation; tenant features include rent collection, direct debit, payment matching, bulk receipting, and commercial invoicing. Mobile inspections support photos, voice-to-text, notes, and maintenance management, while dashboards, owner statements, audit history, user roles, and multifactor authentication support oversight. Integrations include Ezidebit, Tapi, SATS, PCA, and FLK it over. Agencies prioritising wider integration coverage or a simpler, narrower tool may prefer an alternative.
