Rasterdeck Translator is an Android app for people who want to translate speech, typed text or camera text, including when offline. Its push-to-talk mode translates between speakers and plays the result aloud. After downloading models, speech recognition, translation, synthesis and photo text recognition run on the device. Type-to-translate is free indefinitely, while voice use has a limited free test. The app is aimed at solo users and small teams who value offline operation over broad platform availability.
The one-time purchases separate the main capabilities. Standard costs $2.99 and adds unlimited voice translation, speak-to-translate in 40 languages, standard recognition and translation models, and standard voice output.
