RAQOZ Purchase Approvals is a procurement operating system for organisations moving beyond Excel, WhatsApp, and email-based purchasing. It connects purchase requisitions, approval routing, supplier invitations, RFQs, quotation comparison, purchase orders, receipts, invoices, budgets, and audit evidence. The workflow captures requirement, purpose, location, and budget context, then routes requests using organisational roles, departments, locations, value thresholds, and configured policies. It is aimed at growing procurement teams that need accountable purchasing across one or more locations.
Pricing scales by operating scope and control depth. Launch is free for one organisation and one location, with up to five active internal users, requisitions, basic approvals, RFQs, quotation comparison, supplier invitations, and a standard audit trail. Core costs $49 per month with annual billing or $59 monthly, covering one legal entity, up to three locations, five procurement or admin users, RFQs, partial quotations, comparisons, purchase orders, receipts, and attachments; ordinary requesters and approvers are not billable seats. Growth costs $149 per month annually or $179 monthly and adds multiple departments and locations, a configurable approval matrix, policy engine, technical and commercial evaluation, contracts, budgets, spend analytics, API, and webhooks. Scale adds multiple legal entities, unlimited ordinary requesters and approvers, delegated authority, advanced workflow rules, SSO, advanced API, and analytics for $399 monthly annually or $479 monthly. Enterprise is $12,000 per year and adds SAML/OIDC SSO, SCIM, custom integrations, implementation, custom SLA, and premium support.
The strongest fit is a control-focused team that needs a traceable process from request through receipt, with attributable and immutable audit evidence plus tenant-wide and evidence-pack exports. Excel import/export, Slack, Microsoft Teams, an accounting import bridge, API access, and webhooks support broader platform fit. The free plan provides a practical entry point, while Growth and Scale are better suited to policy-heavy, multi-department, or multi-entity operations. Teams needing certified SOC 2 or ISO 27001 coverage should consider an alternative, since RAQOZ does not currently claim those certifications.
