RadarScope is a paid weather-radar app for meteorologists, public-safety officials, storm spotters, and weather enthusiasts who need detailed radar interpretation. Its Android app displays radar products from multiple regions, animated loops, severe-weather warnings, and NWS-generated storm tracks. It is also available on iOS, macOS, and Windows, but its focus is not general-purpose daily forecasting.

The app purchase unlocks primary radar features, while Pro subscriptions add capabilities in stages. Pro Tier One includes extended loops up to 30 frames, a lightning feed, severe-weather watches, and local storm reports. Pro Tier Two, offered as annual or monthly subscriptions, extends loops up to 50 frames and adds historical radar data, additional weather products, and sharing across up to 5 devices. The app purchase is separate from Pro subscription fees, so buyers should account for both when considering the expanded feature set.

RadarScope’s standout depth is its radar analysis: users can inspect radar and measure distances, view storm tracks with hail, TVS, and mesocyclone attributes, and access satellite products and other analysis layers through Pro Tier Two. Android widgets, multiple data providers, and integrations with Weather Pulse, Spotter Network, and mPING support a more specialized workflow. Email and documentation are the listed support channels. Choose RadarScope if interpreting radar and severe weather is the priority; choose a general weather app instead if daily forecasts are the main need.
