Quickbase is a cloud-based no-code application and integration platform for business teams, app builders, and IT administrators. It is designed for structured business data, operational workflows, project management, reporting, and governance. Users can create tables, fields, relationships, forms, role-based permissions, reports, dashboards, and Gantt views without traditional application development. Web, iOS, Android, and API access support teams that need to view or edit records across environments.

The pricing model is paid, with a 30-day Free trial that includes Business Plan features. Team costs $35 per user per month with annual billing and includes personalized dashboards, 13+ report types, workflow automation, security controls, data encryption, and audit logs. Business costs $55 per user per month with annual billing and adds single sign-on, SCIM provisioning, Gantt charts, a sandbox, FDA and HIPAA compliance, and access to the Quickbase Extensions add-on. Enterprise adds advanced performance tools, advanced data encryption, on-premises connectivity, and data warehouse integrations. Team and Business rates exclude Quickbase's platform minimum fee.

Quickbase's strongest fit is organizations that need governed business databases rather than simple standalone forms or lightweight personal apps. Its visual workflow builder supports conditions, branching, and loops, while built-in connectors, webhooks, XML APIs, JSON REST APIs, and integrations with Salesforce, Snowflake, Microsoft Outlook, Slack, and MS-SQL via ODBC extend its ecosystem. Spreadsheet and Lucidchart ERD imports can help structure existing information, and AI features cover app building, data analysis, and data scanning. Choose Quickbase for connected workflows, reporting, permissions, and auditability; consider another tool if a free plan or a lower-cost entry point is central to the decision.
