A catalog-focused PIM with print, web, portal, DAM, and workflow support.

Questudio MarketStudio is a web-based product information management platform for manufacturers, distributors, representatives, and enterprises. It centralizes product information, supports online catalogs and eCommerce websites, and publishes content to print, web, and dealer portals. Its feature set also includes digital asset management, catalog automation, workflows, import and export, and Adobe InDesign publishing through InStudio. The product is available through hosted SaaS plans and an on-premise Enterprise deployment.
MarketStudio is a paid product with no free plan. Professional starts at 190 and includes PIM, an online product catalog, hosted SaaS, 2,000 SKUs, one user, and 5 GB. Business adds advanced PIM, a web portal, workflow support, multiple catalogs, hosted SaaS, and 5,000 SKUs. Premium adds an advanced PIM and eCommerce website, WebSync, an eCommerce and payment gateway option, hosted SaaS, and 10,000 SKUs. Enterprise covers advanced PIM, a web portal, and an eCommerce platform, with on-premise deployment and support for 10K to 10M SKUs.
The strongest fit is a catalog or publishing team that needs one system for structured product content, assets, print output, web publishing, and dealer portals. Adobe InDesign support gives print-oriented teams a defined production path, while WebSync and eCommerce options extend the platform toward online selling. Workflow support and multiple catalogs are relevant as product operations grow. Teams prioritizing AI features, localization, or data-quality rules should consider another PIM, since those capabilities are not part of the listed feature set. MarketStudio is better suited to organizations that value catalog publishing breadth and flexible deployment than to buyers seeking a narrowly focused, AI-led PIM.
