Queshift review
Queshift brings marketplace settlements, deductions and returns into accounting-ready reports.

Queshift is an e-commerce accounting and reconciliation product for Indian marketplace sellers and growing brands. It brings together sales, returns, settlement, fee and deduction reports, then matches orders with settlements and highlights missing or unmatched records. Its scope covers commissions, logistics fees, TDS, TCS, returns and RTOs, making it suited to sellers that need a clearer view from marketplace order through settlement and accounting export.
Its marketplace coverage is a central strength. Queshift supports Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Meesho, AJIO, JioMart, Snapdeal and sellers’ own websites, while multi-platform sales consolidation helps bring separate channels into one workflow. Marketplace account maintenance and platform-wise profit-and-loss reporting add useful structure for brands selling across several channels. The accounting-ready export also gives finance teams a practical handoff after reconciliation, although the product remains focused on ecommerce settlement data rather than a broad inventory accounting suite.
The main trade-off is its desktop-oriented delivery: Queshift is Windows-only, so it will not suit teams that require native access from other operating systems. Payout reconciliation is partial, which may limit coverage for businesses with more complex settlement processes. A 15-day trial is available, and the current trial build is described as Windows-only. Sellers who want order-to-settlement visibility, deduction tracking and marketplace-focused reporting should consider Queshift; businesses seeking comprehensive payout reconciliation, cross-platform access or broader inventory accounting should look elsewhere.
