Quartix is cloud-based fleet telematics software for businesses operating commercial fleets. It combines live GPS vehicle tracking, map-based location updates, trip and mileage reporting, geofencing, alerts, driver behaviour monitoring, and vehicle and driver records. Web, iOS, and Android access support office and mobile use. The product is aimed primarily at small and medium-sized commercial fleets that need practical tracking and reporting without starting at an enterprise price point.

Pricing is structured across three monthly per-vehicle tiers. Info Point costs £9.99 per vehicle per month and includes 2-minute GPS updates, 1 year of reporting history, mobile app access, and email and phone support. Info Plus costs £11.99 and adds 1-minute updates, geofencing, detailed trip reporting, and driver behaviour monitoring. Info Fleet costs £15.99 and adds driver and vehicle management, scheduled and automated alerts, fuel card integration, and Fleet Check. Enterprise uses custom pricing and adds API access and a dedicated account manager. The published UK monthly-rental pricing excludes local taxes.

Quartix’s breadth increases at the upper tiers, with temperature monitoring and threshold alerts, digital vehicle inspections, incident reporting, and integrations including MaxOptra, FleetCheck, Praiso, Haulage Exchange, Courier Exchange, and Quartix Check. API access supports custom integrations for Enterprise customers. These capabilities make it suitable for fleets that want tracking to connect with operational reporting, driver oversight, fuel records, or inspection workflows. Fleets seeking a low-cost entry point should consider Info Point, while teams needing geofencing and driver scoring should look at Info Plus. It is less suitable for buyers who require a free plan, published Enterprise pricing, or SSO now.
