Quandron review
Affordable roofing breadth for small UK companies, with narrower ecosystem coverage.

Quandron is a cloud CRM and field-work platform for roofing and other trade businesses. It brings together customer records, enquiry tracking, scheduling, calendar synchronization, roofing surveys, photos, measurements, digital job sheets, on-site signatures, estimates, quotes, invoices, payment links and a customer portal. Its browser-based field app supports offline work with later synchronization. The product is positioned for businesses with 1 to 30 engineers, making it a practical fit for small roofing companies that want one system spanning office administration and site work.
Pricing is charged per company rather than per user. The Solo plan costs £45 per company per month and includes CRM, quotes with a signature, invoicing with a payment link, a customer portal and accounting integration. Starter costs £89 monthly and adds a field app for 3 engineers plus email and WhatsApp automation. Professional costs £139 monthly and adds quote tracking, automatic quote follow-up and visibility into who opened a quote. Enterprise adds support for several branches or brands, API and webhook integrations, and a named contact. Annual subscriptions cost ten months instead of twelve, and a 14-day trial is available without a credit card; prices exclude VAT.
Quandron’s strongest point is breadth across the roofing workflow, including roofing-specific checklists, survey processes and sign-off steps alongside reminders and quote follow-up. Email, calendar, WhatsApp, payment account and accounting software integrations cover common business tasks, while API and webhooks are available at Enterprise level. The trade-off is a narrower web and API footprint and a less roofing-specific integration set than some specialist alternatives. Choose Quandron if affordable, per-company pricing and broad operational coverage matter most; consider another product if deep ecosystem connectivity or a more extensive integration catalogue is the priority.
Quandron pros and cons
- Where it wins
- Roofing surveys, photos, measurements and digital sign-offs
- Offline field work synchronizes when a connection returns
- CRM, scheduling, quotes, invoices and customer portals in one platform
- Where it doesn't
- No free plan; paid plans start at £45 per company monthly
- Mobile field access is browser-based rather than a listed native app
- Listed integrations are broader trade tools, not highly roofing-specific
