Quality Driven Software is customer satisfaction and employee performance software for service businesses, particularly cleaning and other field-service companies. It automates customer surveys, collects responses in real time, and connects feedback with employee performance, quality-control issues, alerts, and reporting. Depending on the plan, surveys can be delivered by email, phone, or SMS. The platform also supports publishing positive survey comments to a company website, making it suited to teams that want to monitor service quality and act on customer responses.

Pricing is structured around modules and survey coverage. HR Module Only costs $37 per month with annual billing or $49 monthly, and includes unlimited users, unlimited employees, weekly emailed admin summary reports, and employee retention statistics. Starter costs $117 per month annually or $137 monthly, adding email and phone surveys, QA/QC entry, the Reports module, and a WordPress plugin. Intermediate costs $159 annually or $179 monthly, adding SMS surveys and the HR module. Enterprise costs $219 annually or $249 monthly and adds the Employee Love Strategy Program. A 14-day trial is available, with credit-card information required.

Its ecosystem is oriented toward service operations rather than broad product-feedback programs. Integrations include WordPress, Zapier, ZenMaid, Jobber, Service Autopilot, Maid Easy, Customer Factor, Housecall Pro, NiceJob, Responsibid, and Launch27. Higher tiers combine survey delivery with customer analytics, employee tracking, negative-feedback and missing-response alerts, and quality-control issue tracking. Choose it if your business needs a structured way to measure customer satisfaction across field-service work and connect results to staff performance. Organizations focused mainly on product feedback, feature requests, or broader feedback management may need a different focus.
