Quackback brings customer feedback, support and product communication into one system. Teams can collect feature requests through branded boards and portals, let customers vote and discuss ideas, then publish roadmaps and changelogs with voter notifications. A support inbox handles live chat, email and tickets, while help-center and status-page tools extend the customer-facing surface. Its cloud and self-hosted deployments, open-source edition and coverage from solo teams through enterprise organizations make it a fit for groups seeking control over deployment and integrations.

The Free plan costs $0 per month with monthly billing and includes a feedback board, voting, roadmap and changelog tools, support inbox and live chat, a help center, a status page and light Copilot usage. Pro is $29 per month with annual billing and adds unlimited boards and posts, Quackback AI, a custom domain, API, webhooks and an MCP server. Business is $59 per month annually, adding integrations, workflows, SLAs, routing, private boards, moderation, segments and a multilingual portal. Enterprise is $99 per month annually, with SSO, audit logs, custom roles, a 99.9% uptime SLA and maximum AI usage. A 14-day free trial is available without a card.

Integration breadth is a central strength: listed connections include Slack, Linear, Jira, GitHub, GitLab, Azure DevOps, Asana, ClickUp, Shortcut, Trello, Monday.com, Notion, Microsoft Teams, Discord and Zendesk. REST APIs, webhooks and the MCP server support additional connections, while custom statuses, workflows, routing and AI duplicate merging help organize incoming demand. The wide scope may be more than teams wanting only a lightweight request board. Choose Quackback when open-source deployment, support workflows and ecosystem connections matter; choose a narrower tool when basic collection and voting are the sole priorities.
