QMS2GO is cloud-based quality management software for small and midsize manufacturers, machine shops, contract manufacturers, industrial service companies and distributors. It brings document control, internal audits, nonconformance and CAPA management, supplier quality, training, calibration, inspections and manufacturing operations into one system. Quality records can be linked to parts, purchase orders, work orders, suppliers and equipment, making it a strong fit for organizations that need traceability across production and compliance activities.

Its main strength is breadth with a manufacturing focus. The platform supports controlled document versioning, electronic signatures, retention schedules and read-and-acknowledge tracking, alongside clause-mapped audit checklists, scorecards and finding workflows. Nonconformance and CAPA processes include root-cause analysis, SLA tracking and effectiveness reviews. Receiving, first-article and in-process inspections sit alongside calibration certificates and out-of-tolerance workflows. An audit-readiness dashboard covers 26 compliance areas, while AI features assist with procedure drafting, investigations, risk scoring and management-review preparation. The web platform also offers an API and lists integrations including QuickBooks Online, Resend, Stripe, Twilio and ActiveCampaign.

Pricing is a flat monthly company subscription rather than a per-user charge. The Starter plan is $490 per month and includes all QMS modules, AI compliance monitoring and email support. Professional adds the QMS Genie AI assistant and priority support, while Enterprise adds a dedicated account contact and an SLA guarantee. QMS2GO suits manufacturers that need one connected system for quality records, supplier controls, inspections, calibration and traceability. Teams seeking only basic document control or simple corrective-action tracking may find its scope and starting cost harder to justify.
