Qeluntra is a cloud procurement and operations platform for procurement, supplier, finance, legal, quality, and operations teams. Its supplier-management capabilities cover onboarding evidence, supplier ownership, performance scorecards, obligations, corrective actions, risk context, due diligence, evaluations, approvals, and cross-functional collaboration. Supplier records can be connected with procurement workflows, contracts, spend, logistics, and finance in one governed workspace. Optional integrations run through Qeluntra Connect, a controlled add-on on paid plans, and governed CSV import is included from Starter.

Pricing follows a freemium model. The Free plan provides a workspace with no expiration, no card required, and no AI credits, capped at one company workspace. Starter costs $389 a month on the monthly plan, or an effective $357.88 a month on an annual commitment (an 8% discount); a two-year commitment saves 15%. Paid plans are Starter for small business control, Business for sourcing and purchasing, Growth Intelligence for cross-functional intelligence, Corporate Control Tower for multi-entity operations, and Enterprise Network for global architecture. The plan structure gives smaller teams a no-expiration entry point and creates a path toward broader operational control.

The platform's strongest focus is governed supplier oversight: teams can assign evidence ownership, review scorecards and history, track obligations and issues, manage remediation, and preserve weighted evaluation and approval trails. Supplier onboarding, onboarding evidence and ownership, and performance scorecards are core capabilities, and governed external supplier access is available on paid plans. Contract obligation and exposure linkage adds context beyond a basic supplier directory, while AI-assisted analysis and recommendations operate with human authorization. Qeluntra should suit organizations that want supplier evidence, performance, risk, and procurement activity managed together.
