qcadoo MES is manufacturing execution software for small and medium-sized manufacturing companies. It brings production-order planning, material requirements planning, shop-floor registration, barcode-based progress capture, batch genealogy, quality control, warehouse operations, costing and ERP synchronization into one system. Its scope suits manufacturers that need to connect production execution with inventory, traceability and operational reporting rather than manage only one production task.
The published plans show Basic at PLN 145 per seat per month on annual billing, with production technologies, production costing, material requirements, production orders, production reporting and warehouse management. Optimal is listed at PLN 205 per seat per month with monthly billing and the same highlighted functionality. Optimal + APS combines Optimal MES functionality with production planning, while PRO is also included in the plan lineup. A 30-day trial provides time to assess the workflow before choosing a commercial plan. Pricing is region-specific: Polish pricing is shown in PLN, while an English purchase form uses EUR.
Platform fit is a notable part of the product. The commercial service is delivered through a web browser, with API and self-hosted options also available. Integrations include Comarch ERP Optima, Subiekt GT, enova, external ERP systems and external WMS systems. The feature breadth is useful for manufacturers seeking one operational layer across planning, execution, quality, warehouse activity and OEE. Choose qcadoo MES if that connected scope and deployment flexibility match your operation; a narrowly focused operation may prefer a simpler specialist tool.
