QBO Dojo is a self-directed bookkeeping learning and practice environment for bookkeepers building QuickBooks Online client-work skills. It combines a free bookkeeping learning library with downloadable, scenario-based practice clients, review workflows, industry and difficulty selection, and a private peer community. Learners can work through connected transactions and reconciliations, then progress to 90-day Live Client Simulations that add client communication, document requests, follow-up practice, performance assessment, and optional Applied Bookkeeping Belt credentials.
The free learning library provides an entry point before paid practice. White Belt Practice Client costs $49 one time for 90 days, with Simple Start as the minimum QBO plan. Orange Belt costs $79 and requires Plus, adding more activity and active accounts receivable and payable. Black Belt costs $119 and requires Advanced, with greater complexity and more difficult reconciliation. The Full Practice Set costs $197 one time and includes all three 90-day clients, a $50 saving versus separate purchase.
