Pulse Feedback is a web-based employee feedback platform for organisations running employee, pulse and engagement surveys. It combines templates, a research-based question bank, custom questions and a survey builder with real-time results dashboards. Teams can use anonymous results, flexible transparency controls, multilingual surveys and comment translation, making it suitable for organisations that need structured feedback across different groups and languages. Single sign-on is available through a company login or Microsoft 365.
Pricing is straightforward across the published plans. Single Module costs CHF 5 per user per month with annual billing or CHF 6 with monthly billing, and includes unlimited surveys, bottom-up surveys, the question bank, custom questions, a results dashboard and AI-powered insights. Feedback Bundle costs CHF 8 annually or CHF 9.6 monthly per user, adding employee surveys and 360-degree feedback, plus unified data management.
