A web-based toolkit for trainers who need booking, programs, payments and a website.

PT Suite is a web-based platform for personal trainers, online coaches and small fitness studios. It brings together online booking for one-to-one sessions, group classes and programs with client profiles, session history, notes, communication logs, structured programs, session packages, gift cards and online payments. Trainers can also publish a branded website with a custom domain and use AI-assisted workout and session planning. Its strongest fit is a solo trainer who wants business administration, client delivery and website publishing in one web platform.
Pricing starts with the Solo plan at €39 per month, billed monthly, and includes booking, website content management, group classes, programs, PAR-Q health forms and online payments. The product offers a 14-day free trial. Studio adds video, program and membership sales, nutrition tracking, wearable integration and unlimited clients. Studio Plus adds unlimited instructor seats, unlimited locations and priority support. Stripe payment processing is included without an additional PT Suite platform fee. The plans therefore expand from core solo-trainer operations into content sales and studio management, although the higher tiers are more relevant to businesses with broader delivery needs.
PT Suite connects with Stripe, Zoom, Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Outlook, Apple Health and Health Connect. Its platform coverage is limited to the web, and it does not include a branded app. The feature set is broad for trainers who need booking, payments, programs, progress tracking and website tools, rather than a narrow scheduling product. Choose PT Suite if a web-based system with website publishing and structured program delivery matches your workflow. Trainers who require a branded mobile app should look elsewhere.
