Pryme Matters review
Matter workflows, billing and trust controls in a cloud package built around Microsoft tools.

Pryme Matters brings client intake, matter administration and financial operations into a workflow for law firms, accounting firms and other matter-centric organizations. Its scope runs from KYC, AML and conflict-of-interest checks through matter approvals, time and expense capture, invoicing, client funds and profitability reporting. That breadth is aimed at mid-market and enterprise teams looking to connect legal or accounting work with financial management, particularly those already working with Microsoft business systems. It is available as a cloud service with web and API platforms.
The Microsoft connections are central to its fit. Time can be entered from Outlook and Teams appointments, and the product integrates with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Microsoft Teams, Outlook and Power BI. It also connects with Progressus Advanced Projects and KYC software. Together, those links support a workflow that spans intake, matter work, billing and reporting rather than treating time capture or invoicing as isolated tasks. Firms outside this Microsoft and Progressus environment should weigh whether those integrations match their existing systems before choosing it.
According to the vendor's pricing information, the Legal or Accounting Industry Package is listed at €26.80 per user per month. The price is a reference bundled price for 125 users and includes five applications: Advanced Projects, Pryme Matters, Pryme Time, Pryme Project Subcontracting and Pryme Project Work. Pryme Matters is not sold as a standalone package, so the listed amount should be considered in that bundle context. The vendor mentions a free trial by contacting Pryme. Cloud-only deployment and documentation as the listed support channel may not suit firms requiring another hosting model or a different support arrangement. Choose it if the integrated Microsoft-oriented package fits your operations; look elsewhere if you need standalone purchasing or non-cloud deployment.
