ProScore review
A one-time purchase for organizing and scoring gymnastics meets, not running a full club.

ProScore is a meet management and scoring system from Auburn Electronics Group, designed for gymnastics meet organizers rather than clubs seeking day-to-day class or athlete development software. It maintains meet, gymnast and attending-gym information; lets organizers configure events and age divisions; and handles session, warm-up and march-in schedules. It also assigns judges and gymnasts to events, sessions and squads, then balances rotations. Those functions make it a focused option for clubs managing complex scored meets.
The published plan is ProScore v5.0, a new license priced at $399 as a one-time purchase. It includes the meet management and scoring system. The download works as a demo until a registration code is entered. The iPad companion, ProScore iKeypad, can accept judges’ scores over Wi-Fi, but each iPad requires a separate connection license with tiered licensing. That setup is relevant for organizers choosing between compatible scoring hardware and iPad-based score entry: the main license price does not cover every iKeypad connection.
ProScore’s meet workflow extends beyond scores. It tracks fees, expenses, admission and other finances, and can create budgets and financial reports. Athlete imports are verified against the USA Gymnastics database, and meet reports can be exported in multiple formats. The system is described as Windows software, with iOS support through the companion app; support is offered by email and phone. Choose ProScore if meet scheduling, judge assignment, rotations and financial tracking are central to your operation. Clubs primarily seeking class scheduling, attendance, parent access or skill progression should look for a broader club-management product.
