Prosci Proxima is a cloud-based web application for change leaders and practitioners managing organizational change projects. It guides users through Prosci’s three-phase process, covering project-health assessments, change-impact analysis, risk assessment, ADKAR activities, roadmaps, change plans, reports, dashboards, collaboration, and data export. Proxima is accessed through the Prosci Portal and is included with Essentials and Premier Memberships, which require completion of Prosci’s Change Management Practitioner Program.
Pricing is structured through annual Prosci memberships rather than a standalone Proxima purchase. Starter costs $149 per year and includes peer community access, change management research, four foundational eLearning modules, and AI Integration Framework eLearning. Teams seeking Proxima should therefore focus on Essentials or Premier rather than Starter.
The product’s strongest fit is for teams applying Prosci’s methodology across structured change initiatives. PCT and ADKAR assessments, impacted-group analysis, barrier and risk tracking, milestone dates, blueprints, performance reports, and dashboards keep methodology-specific work in one environment. Collaboration, read-only public links, exports, Tableau and Power BI integrations, and read-only API access support sharing and analysis across a broader workflow. Choose Proxima when ADKAR and Prosci alignment are central to the work; teams seeking a standalone change-management tool, a write-enabled API, or a workflow outside the Prosci approach should look elsewhere.
