PropMIS is a cloud HOA and community association management platform for self-managed boards and professional property managers. It combines a branded resident portal with online dues, recurring AutoPay through Stripe, per-unit ledgers, automated dues, late fees, and special assessments. Managers can also handle violations, maintenance work orders, vendor bidding, documents, board approvals, meetings, polls, voting, communications, and multiple communities from one dashboard. AI features draft notices, work orders, and bids for human review and answer questions from uploaded governing documents.

The published pricing has one “All features” plan at $99 per community per month, billed monthly. It includes all listed capabilities, a 45-day free trial, and no credit card requirement for the trial. Communities with more than 10 units are charged $3 per additional unit. This structure keeps the feature set straightforward for organizations that want the full suite, though it does not provide separate tiers for teams seeking a narrower package. The trial gives boards and managers time to assess workflows before committing to a paid subscription.

PropMIS runs through the web, with resident access described for desktop and mobile browsers rather than dedicated mobile apps. Its integration list includes Stripe, Google, Google Calendar, Dropbox, OpenAI, AWS, Microsoft 365, Resend, Gmail, Slack, Plaid, and Outlook, supporting payment, calendar, document, communication, and AI-related workflows. Cloud deployment, email and phone support, PCI DSS compliance, and two-factor authentication add practical operational safeguards. Choose PropMIS if vendor RFPs, board governance, resident payments, and multi-community oversight belong in one system; consider alternatives if native mobile apps or multiple pricing tiers are essential.

PropMIS pros and cons

    • Resident portal, online dues, ledgers, violations, and work orders
  • Where it doesn't
    • Web-only platform with no dedicated mobile apps
    • One published plan offers limited tier-choice flexibility
    • $3 per unit over 10 can increase monthly community costs
