PropertyPad is a property management platform for UAE and GCC real estate teams managing leasing, renewals, tenant communications, rent collection, maintenance, vendors, accounting and owner reporting. Its workspace brings together lease drafting, tenant and owner portals, maintenance tickets, vendor routing, rent reconciliation, VAT reporting and portfolio analytics. Property managers, owners, tenants and vendors can access native applications across web, iOS and Android, while tenants can access rent payment and lease information through the tenant portal.

Pricing is structured around three plans. Starter is listed at AED 1,490 per active unit per month, billed monthly in arrears and excluding VAT. It includes all four portals, WhatsApp and email communications, Ejari-ready and RERA-aligned workflows, and standard support with a 24-hour SLA. Professional is listed at AED 3,990 per active unit per month and adds the full intelligence layer, revenue forecasting, QuickBooks and Zoho synchronization, custom workflows, priority support with a 4-hour SLA and a quarterly business review. Enterprise includes unlimited units and workspaces, SSO, SCIM, audit log export, GCC data residency on request, a dedicated customer success manager and custom integrations, with pricing handled through sales. A 14-day pilot is available.

The platform’s strongest fit is its Gulf-oriented operating model. It connects with Property Finder, Bayut and Dubizzle, supports WhatsApp, Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, and offers payment integrations including Stripe, Network International, Mada and Apple Pay. REST API, Zapier and n8n extend workflow options. AI-assisted forecasting, summarization, drafting and routing add another layer to daily operations. PropertyPad suits managers who need regional payment, leasing and compliance workflows in one system. Teams with smaller portfolios or tighter budgets may find the listed per-unit pricing difficult to justify, particularly when core accounting synchronization and deeper intelligence appear on Professional.

  • Where it doesn't
    • Starter is listed at AED 1,490 per active unit monthly, excluding VAT
    • Enterprise pricing requires contact with sales
    • The free-trial alternative is a 14-day pilot, not a free plan
