PropertyMe review
A broad Australian property platform with trust accounting, payments and workflow tools.

For Australian real estate agencies and property managers, PropertyMe brings core portfolio operations into one cloud platform. Its scope includes trust accounting, reconciliation, disbursements, audit reporting, rent and invoice payments, maintenance jobs, inspections, lease renewals, communications, reporting and mobile access. Tenants and owners receive portals and apps for property, lease, document and financial access, while property managers can work through web, iOS and Android applications. Founded in 2013, PropertyMe is suited to teams that want accounting and day-to-day property workflows in the same system.
Pricing is paid-only and shown in Australian dollars, excluding taxes. The listed starting figure is AUD 135, with amounts presented per 100 properties and listed prices requiring a minimum of 200 properties. A separate Basic startup package for up to 100 properties is listed at AUD 175 plus taxes. Basic includes trust accounting, a Unified Inbox, tasks, jobs, inspections, portals, apps and MePay Direct Debit. Standard adds paperless inspections, 360° photos, task automation, lease renewals, bank feeds and Xero integration. Advanced adds Reply with AiMe, AiMe Comply and API read access, while Premier adds group reporting and a dedicated email domain.
The platform fits teams that need a broad property-management workflow rather than a narrow accounting tool. Its eight listed integrations include Xero, REI Forms, RentSafe, ServiceM8, Power BI, Mailchimp, simPRO and Tapi, with web, mobile and API access supporting different working environments. Online rent collection, maintenance tracking, inspections, renewals and tenant messaging cover the operational cycle, while AI bill processing and AI assistants extend the feature set. PropertyMe should appeal to Australian managers prioritising trust accounting and connected workflows; teams seeking a free plan, simpler low-volume pricing or a narrower tool may prefer an alternative.
