PropertyDesk is a browser-based property management and accounting system for rental offices and property management companies in the United Arab Emirates. It organizes property, landlord, building, unit and tenant records, while covering contract lifecycles, post-dated cheques, maintenance, legal cases, commissions and contractor payables. English and Arabic interfaces, reports and PDFs support offices across all seven emirates. A read-only landlord portal provides passwordless access, and role-based access is included.

Pricing is structured around three monthly plans. Starter costs AED349 per month and is intended for small offices. Professional costs AED699 per month and adds reports and commissions. Enterprise costs AED1199 per month and is designed for multi-branch operations. The product has a 14-day free trial, while annual billing gives two months free. Its accounting scope is a central strength: double-entry accounting, UAE VAT invoicing, cheque tracking and commission management sit alongside property and lease records rather than requiring a separate accounting workflow.

PropertyDesk also reaches into operational work through maintenance tickets, vendor records, contractor payables, legal case tracking, hearings and fees, CSV import and export, contract expiry and renewal alerts, and official Dubai Land Department tenancy contract auto-fill. That breadth suits UAE managers who need local rental administration and financial control in one web product. It is less suitable for teams that expect a tenant-facing portal, online rent collection or native mobile apps, since those capabilities are not part of the product. Choose it when UAE accounting, cheque schedules and Dubai contract workflows matter more than tenant self-service.

PropertyDesk pros and cons

  • Where it wins
    • Double-entry accounting and UAE VAT invoicing
    • Post-dated cheque schedules and contract alerts
    • Dubai tenancy contract auto-fill and landlord access
  • Where it doesn't
    • No online rent-collection gateway
    • No tenant portal
    • Web-only, with no native iOS or Android app
