A broad web-based property suite for small portfolios, with listings and AI content included.

Property Fusion is a cloud-based property management platform for landlords, property managers, tenants, investors and service providers. Its scope covers property registration, tenant records, digital lease agreements, screening, affordability checks, rent collection, invoicing, maintenance coordination, document storage, listings and portfolio management. Small portfolios are the clearest fit, particularly when listing creation and AI-generated property descriptions matter alongside day-to-day administration.
The paid plans build progressively from Foundation to Empire. Foundation covers end-to-end property management, listings, tenants, leases, maintenance, basic financial tracking and free tools. Growth adds financial dashboards, rent tracking and lease reminders, while Prime adds advanced analytics, multi-unit tracking and expanded reporting. Empire extends Prime with portfolio-level insights and priority support. Insights add-ons are available for each tier. This structure gives owners a path from core operations to broader reporting, though the product is paid-only.
Property Fusion brings a wide operational feature set into one web-based system, including online rent collection, maintenance request assignment, tenant matching, viewing requests and records for leases, IDs, invoices and inspection reports. Two-factor authentication is listed as a security feature, and email is the listed support channel. The platform is accessible on the web rather than through verified native mobile apps, and limited integrations may create extra work for organizations with established software stacks. Choose it when centralized property operations, listings and portfolio visibility are priorities; consider alternatives when native mobile apps or deeper ecosystem connectivity are essential.
