propdesk is a cloud property-management platform for landlords in Ireland. It brings together property and tenancy records, rent tracking, arrears views, payment ledgers, lease documents, expenses, reports, compliance dates, reminders, and maintenance requests. Tenants get a secure web portal for viewing balances and leases and submitting maintenance issues with photos. The product is suited to landlords managing one property as well as larger portfolios, including properties held through companies.
The free plan is the clearest starting point. It includes rent tracking and a ledger, a tenant portal, maintenance tools, RTB and RPZ compliance, expenses, tax-ready reports, documents, and smart reminders, with one property included. Pro adds unlimited properties and all features across every property. According to the published pricing, Pro costs €9 per month when billed monthly, €48 per six months, or €84 per year; the annual option starts at €7 per month. Each paid option includes no contracts and cancellation at any time. This makes the free tier appropriate for a small landlord assessing the workflow, while the paid plans fit expanding portfolios.
The strongest functional coverage is in day-to-day administration: maintenance requests can include photos, status, and costs; documents can be stored; income and expenditure reports support tax preparation; and RTB, RPZ, insurance, and BER dates can be tracked. The AI assistant adds portfolio questions to that management scope. The trade-off is a web-only platform with a narrow delivery footprint. propdesk records payments and provides rent ledgers, but it does not provide online rent collection. Landlords who want a free, Ireland-focused system for records, compliance, tenant communication, and maintenance should consider it; those needing mobile apps or built-in payment processing should choose another option.
