PromptMax is a browser-based AI batch-processing platform for e-commerce teams, marketers, agencies, and other small teams. It turns catalogue spreadsheets into generated product descriptions: upload a CSV, provide one prompt, select an AI model, and download the completed spreadsheet. Brand voice, tone, length, and keyword instructions help shape the output, while batches can contain up to 50,000 rows. It is designed for teams managing large product catalogs rather than small, one-off writing tasks.
Pricing uses prepaid credits instead of a standard subscription. The “Test for free” option includes a free credit on signup, access to supported models, and CSV output downloads. “Scale what works” starts with a one-time £10 credit top-up and adds flexible top-ups, all supported models, a priority queue, and email support. The Enterprise plan adds dedicated infrastructure, custom data residency, SSO / SAML, an SLA and uptime guarantee, and a dedicated Slack channel. Published cost estimates are shown before submission, while the final amount depends on tokens processed.

Model choice spans Google, Anthropic, OpenAI, and xAI, giving teams room to compare providers within the same CSV process. Shopify and WooCommerce workflows are supported through CSV export rather than native integrations, so teams seeking direct store connections may prefer another tool. PromptMax is a strong fit for catalog managers who value batch scale and control over prompts; it is less suitable for teams that need a fully integrated commerce platform or a conventional recurring subscription.
