ProjectionHub review
A practical template library for structured projections, but not a full forecasting suite.

ProjectionHub provides industry-specific financial projection templates for startups, existing businesses, acquisitions, and business models. Its Excel-based templates guide users through revenue, expense, asset, liability, and investment assumptions, then produce five-year projected income statements, cash flow statements, and balance sheets. The product is a fit for small businesses and operators who want structured financial models without building every worksheet from scratch.
A free plan is available, while ProjectionHub+ costs $499 as a one-time purchase. The paid tier provides lifetime access to more than 100 projection templates through a private member portal, along with future templates and versions, priority email and live chat support, the SBA Lender Finder Tool, and the Industry Data Tool. The Individual Projection Templates offering includes five years of projections, industry-specific revenue and expenses, charts, graphs, ratios, email and live chat support, and a complimentary projection review. Buyers should compare the one-time purchase with their need for ongoing forecasting capabilities rather than treating it as a recurring planning platform.
The product’s main strength is its focused template approach across Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Apple Numbers. Monthly and annual statements, revenue and expense modeling, projected financial statements, and summary tables support lender, planning, and business-case work. However, ProjectionHub is not designed around rolling forecasts, variance analysis, or scenario modeling, and its former projection-building web application was discontinued in 2023. Choose it for repeatable, industry-specific projections and customizable spreadsheets; choose an alternative when continuous forecast management or scenario-driven analysis is central to the workflow.
