Project Panorama is a self-hosted WordPress project management plugin for freelancers, agencies, and teams that need to organize work and share project information with clients. It combines visual dashboards with phases, milestones, tasks, assignments, deadlines, discussions, documents, permissions, templates, and progress reporting. Client access controls and branded project pages make it particularly suitable for small agencies managing external work through a WordPress website.

The plan structure is straightforward. Personal costs $8 per month with annual billing or $9 per month with monthly billing, covering projects, teams, task management, deadlines, notifications, and communication. Agency costs $16 per month annually or $19 per month monthly, adding front-end editing, front-end uploading, sequential tasks, sub-tasks, LearnDash integration, and BuddyPress/Boss integration. Enterprise costs $24 per month annually or $29 per month monthly, adding Gantt charts, Kanban boards, delay tracking, checklists, and budget and expense management. Annual licenses are billed automatically yearly, and a 14-day refund policy is available.

Its strongest fit is a WordPress-based agency that wants client dashboards alongside planning and document workflows. The feature set spans board, list, timeline, Gantt, and calendar views, with iCal export, automatic progress and delay calculations, project cloning, and integrations including WooCommerce, Slack, Gravity Forms, and Sprout Invoices. Projects can also support document status and approval workflows. The trade-off is platform dependence: this is a WordPress plugin rather than a broadly hosted project management service. Time tracking is not included, and there is no free plan or free trial. Choose Project Panorama when client-facing WordPress projects, permissions, and visual progress reporting matter most; choose an alternative when independent hosting or built-in time tracking is central.
