ProHelper is field service management software for local service businesses, including garage door repair and installation companies. It brings together CRM records for accounts, contacts, properties, and equipment; lead and service-request intake; estimates; invoices; scheduling; route building; dispatch; price books; inventory; payments; reporting; and team workflows. Technicians can work through an offline-capable mobile workflow to view assigned jobs, capture photos and notes, and update work from the field. It is suited to teams that want one operational system rather than separate tools for customer records, job coordination, and billing.

Pricing is organized into three monthly per-user plans. Essentials costs $35 per user per month and includes CRM, requests, jobs and visits, scheduling, route management, estimates, invoices, price books, standard reports, and dashboards. Growth costs $49 per user per month and adds no-code customization, the Client Center customer portal, payment processing and payouts, dispatch and route management, and accounting and bookkeeping. Professional costs $69 per user per month and adds route and fleet optimization, inventory management, advanced analytics, customer texting and voice calls, plus equipment and issue management. A 30-day free trial is available.

The strongest fit is a field-service team that needs core garage door workflows at a defined per-user cost, especially if QuickBooks Online synchronization matters. The platform also lists Samsara and Quo integrations, while its published platform coverage is web. Teams can start with estimates, scheduling, routes, invoices, and reporting, then move up when payments, dispatch, accounting, inventory, or advanced communications become important. Smaller operations may find Essentials sufficient; teams needing Professional-level fleet, inventory, analytics, or customer communications should budget for the higher tier rather than treating those capabilities as part of the entry plan.
